Shipping costs

  • Free shipping when purchasing a second product (same order).
  • Base rates vary by product size/weight and destination; final cost is shown at checkout.
  • Remote areas or islands may include a small surcharge (visible before payment).

Handling & cut-off

  • Orders placed before 12:00 CET ship the same business day.
  • Orders after cut-off ship the next business day.
  • We’ll notify you immediately if any item requires an extra day (e.g., personalization).

Tracking & delivery

  • Tracking link sent via email/SMS when the parcel leaves our warehouse.
  • Missed delivery? The carrier will re-attempt or hold at a nearby pickup point.
  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct to avoid delays.

Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?

Carriers deliver on business days. Saturday delivery may be available in select areas; availability is shown at checkout where supported.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll update it. After dispatch, address changes depend on the carrier’s policy.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or lockers?

Some carriers support pickup lockers but not PO Boxes. If unsupported for your order, you’ll be prompted for a street address at checkout.

What if my parcel is delayed or lost?

All shipments are insured. If tracking stalls beyond the estimated window, our team will escalate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
