Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive and inspect the return. Some categories (e.g., perishable, hygiene-sensitive, customized items) may be excluded where permitted by law; any such exclusions are stated on the product page.

Please pack items securely and include your order number inside the parcel. Exchanges are processed as a new order after the original item is refunded.
